Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall administrative matters at the office.
∎ Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all Admin related policies and procedures across the Company.
∎ Maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company's business.
∎ Supervising and mentoring branch offices.
∎ Maintain close relationship with the law enforcing agencies so that in case of emergency the company can have necessary support from them easily.
∎ Ensure timely renewal & obtain all existing & necessary Licenses/Permissions/Certificates and other relevant statutory approvals as per requirement of the company.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting candidates with ratings, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, performing reference checks etc.
∎ Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, tidiness & hygienic environment of the office premises at all times.
∎ Any other jobs & tasks assigned from time to time by the department head.
