Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates Should have Master’s/equivalent degree.
∎ Candidates having MBA degree with HRM major is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing the following duties but not limited to :
∎ Handling the day to day crew related matter & to ensure that Ship’s operation is not hampered due to crew related issue;
∎ Recruiting and interviewing new hire;
∎ Drafting & implementing crew management system;
∎ To comply with all legal & documentation requirement;
∎ Keeping HRD/ADMIN related routine work up to date;
∎ Motivating the crew & other supporting staffs for better outcome;
∎ Supervising employees and providing additional training as required;
∎ Resolving disputes between employees/crews;
∎ Addressing employee problems on the job to ensure everyone is thriving in the workplace and satisfied with their job and work environment;
∎ Maintaining a safe and clean work environment;
∎ Training employees in proper safety procedures and providing training updates as needed;
∎ Ensuring proper Team work and to keep close communication between all the departments mainly Account, Technical, Operation, IT, Purchase etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The above criteria is flexible for candidates who are having working experience on the above mentioned filed ( Crew Handling & HR ADMIN) in Shipping company for at least 3 Years;
∎ Age is relaxed for experienced candidates;
∎ Sound written and verbal communication in ENGLISH & BANGLA.
