Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance/ Accounts, Merchant Bank

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions as per guideline of DSE and BSEC.
∎ Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to verify accuracy of financial transactions.
∎ Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval.
∎ Update and maintain the general ledger with accurate financial data.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
∎ Process day-to-day financial transactions of the broker house.
∎ Support external audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation.
∎ Prepare and file necessary compliance reports required by regulatory authorities.
∎ Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
∎ Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ Generate and distribute financial reports, including trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
∎ Maintain organized and well-documented financial records for auditing purposes.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
∎ Stay updated with industry-specific regulations and ensure the company's financial practices adhere to them.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Stock brokerage house, Bank or any Financial Institution, Merchant Bank
∎ Banks & Financial, Finance Management, Financial Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Stock brokerage house, Bank or any Financial Institution, Merchant Bank
∎ Analyze financial data, cost breakdown for monitoring, professional relationship with banks and financial institutions and BSEC, DSE, CDBL.
