Job Context:
∎ We are looking competent, smart, result oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere person for our Engineering & Supply Chain Management Department.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, price negotiations, preparing comparative statement, negotiating with actual vendors and placing the order through the authority's approval.
∎ Tracking the order and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Supporting the local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, negotiation of other terms & conditions and deal finalizing and issuance of purchase order.
∎ Procuring right products within the given time period and ensuring timely delivery at right place as per the requisition.
∎ Good knowledge with spares and equipment's such as Construction Equipment, Crane, Materials Handling Equipment, Port Handling Equipment, Power Generator, and Spare Parts etc., etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the other sister concerns to follow up the requisition and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Ensuring the quality of the goods and materials purchase.
∎ Collecting delivery Chalan and file management of those records manually.
∎ Collecting invoices from various suppliers and ensure timely payment to the vendors.
∎ After finalizing the price quotation, obtain appropriate approvals.
∎ To ensure invoice are submitted to the finance team along with delivery Chalan, approved requisition, price comparisons and other related documentation.
∎ Prepare and update the purchase report on a daily basis and submit to the authorize person as and when required.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 to 7 year(s) relevant field experience is preferred.
∎ Working knowledge in English & Bengali.
