Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring smooth operations to maximize production and to meet pre-set production targets.
∎ -Planning & scheduling effective preventive/ predictive/corrective maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and up time.
∎ -Proactively identifying and rectifying problem areas to ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ -Conceptualising and implementing modifications in the operating procedures to optimise resource utilisation and maximise productivity
∎ -End to end execution of projects dealing with erection & commissioning of manufacturing units.
∎ -Ensuring adherence to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developing & implementing measures for enhancing safety levels.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Siemens – 6RA70 DC drives, S7300 & S7 200 PLC
∎ ABB-ACS 800/DCS 500/PLC 500/800
∎ Rockwell- Rs logix 5000, CPU L 63, Power flex 70,700, Power flex DC
∎ 6RA80 DC Drives,X-pect controller(SMS)
∎ Knowledge of ISO-9000,
∎ Awareness of 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle.
∎ Having good communication skills.
∎ Good in man-management.
