∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Computer Training, SCM Training is preferable

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Strong ERP/WM/Master Data abilities strongly preferred.
∎ Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision-making abilities.
∎ Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, solve problems and prioritize.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan for smooth distribution operation to ensure minimum distribution cost.
∎ Manage the scheduling, routing, and control of all delivery activities.
∎ Plan for delivery according to the demand and arrange the delivery.
∎ Develop a distribution plan according to sales & production forecast.
∎ Coordination with field sales for delivery & Service purpose.
∎ Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Ensure filing and dispatch of all bills, challan & documents and update accordingly.
∎ Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
