Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee electrical maintenance on the machines, supervise a team of electricians, and do documentation as required.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, especially PLC, HMI, and AC drive-related faults with root causes identified.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the smooth functioning of PLC systems, minimizing unplanned downtime.
∎ Collaborate with other maintenance team members to develop strategies for improving system reliability and performance.
∎ Analyze PLC programming and configurations to identify errors and make necessary adjustments.
∎ Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
∎ Have to maintain safety protocols for both man and machine in the job.
∎ Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
