Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters in any discipline from any reputed University;
∎ Excellent in commercial communication in English and Bengali. The person having good scoring in IELTS will be an added qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and conduct the import management procedures of required products/equipment's/materials as per organizational policies;
∎ Ensure negotiation & preparation of draft letters of Credit (LC)
∎ Finalizing all the import documents for Foreign and local purchase.
∎ Monitoring shipments move through global supply chains.
∎ Communicating with supplier about the LC and acceptance.
∎ Resolving issues with contracts and commercial operations;
∎ Verification of import vendor bill, custom duty calculation in B/E, CHA Charges bills with agreed rate and applicable tariff as per customs.
∎ Import Documents Collection and Endorsement.
∎ Handling C&F agent for related import matter.
∎ Operating total Import in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing situations.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 Years in relevant field specially in import industries/ Concern out of which at least 2 years in similar position.
∎ Having Sound Knowledge about the import shipping documents for all items.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on HS Code.
∎ Must have excellent proficiency in computer;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour.
