Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development in consultancy services & Real Estate Development
∎ Daily sales planning & proper report to Authorities
∎ Customer hunting, Developments of Relationship
∎ Monitoring corporate sales team
∎ Corporate sales planning
∎ Advertisement concept preparation & Communication with Electronic & Printing Media
∎ Look after related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, council ling with client, corporate sales meeting arrange, Tale-marketing, customer relation develop, site visit with client
∎ Capable to prepare fund recovery report as per document for quick collection of Accounts Receivable within the time limit to resolve fund crisis of company.
∎ Communicate related Govt./Private Agencies, Law-enforcing agencies, local public representatives to manage disputes or any incidents & crisis at project or act of any violence at the project by the miscreant, if any.
∎ Daily report of all projects including incidents if any & proper planning to resolve dispute.
∎ To attend & provide satisfactory services to valuable client/Landowners with services charge as per the policy of company or to be developed by business development manager
∎ Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries
∎ Attend meeting as per the policy of management with preparation of meeting minutes & approval including necessary action to execute the decision of meetings
∎ Communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying
∎ Attend companies promotional & cultural activities, local or overseas tours, attend fairs, attend rehab fair, meeting, and party & others public relation works, assist CEO time to time & others.
∎ Must have good computer skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28-30 years.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ (6-10) years experience in Real Estate/ Event Management/ Interior Design/ Security Service Supervising and Business Development Executive is must.
∎ Capable of company administration & HR management to ensure discipline in the company.
∎ Those are worked with media/television, news presentation, advertisement, event management, airlines, mobile company, banking as credit card division , trade fair, super shop are requested to apply.
∎ Cabin crew/ Model or other smart candidates are requested to apply as Public Relation Officer/ PS.
