∎ Maxwell Trading Corporation
∎ The incumbent will be accountable for Sales affairs of different types of Electronics items like Multimedia Sound Systems, TV, home Appliances etc. and other items according to business strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales revenue recovery for the Trading Business.
∎ Collection Payment/ Payment to Suppliers/ and other works For Accounts Related.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with present customers and other stakeholders.
∎ Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding Financial Operation.
∎ Collect Accounts data, prepare report and submit to Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior.
∎ Financial planning and budget management.
∎ Monitor and analyze monthly results.
∎ Oversee daily financial activities.
∎ Ensure compliance as per local and corporate requirements.
∎ Process monthly payroll,
∎ Coordinate with audit activities.
∎ Preparing monthly report and other financial reports as and when required
∎ Generate sales among client accounts. Including upsetting and cross-selling
∎ Develops as the point of contact for assigned customers
∎ Makes sure client receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
∎ Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
∎ Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
∎ Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
∎ Keep records of client transactions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following :
∎ Accounts, Finance, Audit
∎ 5 years of experiences in accounts out of which 2 years in Mid Level management.
∎ Preparation of financial statements, reports etc.
∎ Experience on financial planning and budget management
∎ Group aptitude on financial analysis and audit functions
∎ Exceptional Convincing & Negotiation ability.
∎ Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
∎ Standard and regular computer proficiency.
