Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To procure automobile spare parts as per company requirements.
∎ • To update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system.
∎ • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage the purchase cycle.
∎ • Ensuring quality for purchased parts and managing returns or claims if necessary.
∎ • Maintaining communication with the workshop team to understand spare part needs and urgency.
∎ • Preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement documentation.
