∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure safety issue, troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance report on daily shift activities.
∎ Write down important machines parameters & communicate with Manager to notify everything.
∎ Maintain the preventive maintenance as per schedule.
∎ Ensuring the production line check out reports and take necessary actions according to report.
∎ Analysis and finding out of continue improvement of maintenance.
∎ Continue monitoring the all kind of electrical cabinet and cleaning the necessary machine.
∎ Minimization of electrical maintenance breakdown time should be ensured.
∎ Must have problem solving skills that arise while performing shift duty.
∎ Working on electrical problems, modifications and also report it to Manager.
∎ Close the safety issue as per required and focus housekeeping.
∎ Should be interested of additional job knowledge / performance in duties.
∎ Install new machines, give troubleshooting & setup parameter.
∎ Knowledge of CT & BT Spray Dryer, Hydraulic Press, Horizontal Dryer, Glaze Line, Kiln, Sucker Machine, Squaring, Sorting and Automatic Packing Must be machine troubleshoot.
∎ Must have knowledge of VFD (e.g. Yaskawa, Siemens, Delta, Toshiba, Mitsubishi & Inovance) installation and new program creation to ensure parameter setup knowledge.
