Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having maintenance experience on heavy equipment like - tower crane / mobile crane / excavator / wheel loader / concrete pump / transit mixture / batching plant / Generator & other construction equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical equipment as required to support real-estate construction.
∎ To provide logistic equipment support to field construction work.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of the construction machineries/equipment.
∎ To create daily, weekly & monthly preventive maintenance schedules.
∎ To prepare plan and to implement of machine installation works.
∎ Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Ensure cost minimization during repair and maintenance works.
∎ Reporting regularly to Line Manager with daily assigning work progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years for Graduate Engineer / 7-8 years for Diploma Engineer.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame

Salary: Negotiable
