Job Context:
∎ RAJA METAL INDUSTRIES is one of the largest and leading Bathroom & Kitchen Faucets manufacturer in Bangladesh since 1978. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Asst. Engineer (Mechanical) for our company.
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge about Programming, operating system and scheduled maintenance of CNC Milling machine, molding machine, Lathe Machine, Shaper, Hydraulic/ power press machine and other heavy machines.
∎ Monitoring preventive machine maintenance schedule & execute accordingly and ensuring safety operation of machine to increase efficiency.
∎ Must have Knowledge in Auto CAD, 2D and 3D.
∎ Responsible for Mold design, modification of Mold design, increase the productivity of the existing Mold and also capable of understanding mechanical drawing and design.
∎ Responsible for providing mechanical design, technical analysis, and resolution of engineering problems, carryout breakdown maintenance of various machines
∎ Should follow the company and office rules and regulations and also standard of safety mechanical section.
∎ Modification, renovation & troubleshooting work for existing machines.
∎ Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff and suggest appropriate solutions.
∎ To maintain regular working reports on written format & software.
∎ Effective utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower, etc.
∎ Supervise and coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, support, and documentation and inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and standard.
∎ Inspect completed installations and observe operation to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Faucets Manufacturing Industry will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision.
∎ Must have vast Computer Knowledge in MS word, MS Excell, Power Point, Auto CAD software, Internet Browsing, Report writing and Presentation etc.
∎ The applicant having experience in the following areas will have added advantage: Industrial Engineering, Project Management etc.
∎ Ability to use technology and analytical tools in the job and problem solving.
Salary: Negotiable
