∎ Manage construction projects from start to finish.
∎ Control budgets and estimate costs.
∎ Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower.
∎ Track inventory, tools, and equipment.
∎ Prepare construction status reports.
∎ Resolve project issues promptly.
∎ Ensure safety regulation compliance.
∎ Train and supervise workers as needed.
∎ Collaborate with subcontractors and project teams.
∎ Negotiate contracts with vendors.
∎ Secure permits and licenses.
∎ Plan and schedule operations.
∎ Meet project deadlines.
∎ Hire and manage staff.
∎ Allocate resources efficiently.
∎ Update stakeholders with progress reports.
∎ Address environmental and community concerns.
∎ Monitor site progress and quality.
