Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement short- and long-term supply plans to align with demand forecasts.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock while optimizing storage costs.
∎ Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
∎ Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
∎ Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and compliance with contracts.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics such as forecast accuracy and vendor scorecards.
∎ Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Use ERP systems to manage production schedules, inventory levels, and procurement processes.
