Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ BECM Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Garments Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and check detail Quantity Estimation
∎ Prepare and check BOQ & BOM of all projects
∎ Prepare and check Contractor Bill of all projects.
∎ Checking Quality of constructions of all projects.
∎ Prepare and check project specifications of all projects
∎ Prepare and check comparative statements, rate analysis, etc. of various construction
∎ works/materials as per requirement
∎ Prepare and check the feasibility and high-level budget of the projects
∎ Check and keep track of budget vs actual cost for cost control & optimization
∎ Co-ordination with site, procurement, billing & audit department for BOQ/ BOM related issues
∎ Any other BOQ and cost control-related tasks and special tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge of construction & building material
∎ Profound skill in the interpretation of construction working drawings (Print & CAD form)
∎ Profound knowledge of construction estimation calculation and techniques
∎ Profound knowledge of rates of construction & building materials and different trades
∎ Adequate skill in AutoCAD
∎ Adequate skill in MS Excel and MS Office suit.
