Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, preferably from a Gov't university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, especially PLC, HMI, and AC drive-related faults with root causes identified.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the smooth functioning of PLC systems, minimizing unplanned downtime.
∎ Collaborate with other maintenance team members to develop strategies for improving system reliability and performance.
∎ Analyze PLC programming and configurations to identify errors and make necessary adjustments.
∎ Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
∎ Have to maintain safety protocols for both man and machine in the job.
∎ Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with PLC systems in an industrial setting.
∎ Must have proficient knowledge of Siemens S7 200, 300, and 400 series PLCs.
∎ Familiarity with Mitsubishi, Delta, and Omron PLC systems is preferred.
∎ Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose complex electrical and PLC issues.
∎ Solid understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and industry automation.
∎ Must have proper knowledge about AC drives / Inverters of Siemens, SEW, and ABB brands.
