∎ 1st Class/Equivalent in B.Sc. Engineering and M.Sc. Engineering/ Equivalent degree with twelve (12) years experience out of which four (4) years as Asst. Professor and five (5) publications out of which three (3) publications as Asst. Professor.
∎ Or
∎ 1st Class/Equivalent in B.Sc. Engineering and M.Sc. Engineering/ Equivalent degree and Ph.D./Equivalent degree with seven (7) years experience out of which three (3) years as Asst. Professor and five (5) publications out of which three (3) publications as Asst. Professor.
∎ Or
∎ Officer in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (serving or retired) with Masters/Ph.D. in the relevant field having three (3) first classes in academic field.
