Educational Requirements:
∎ PhD/Equivalent Degree with minimum two 1st classes /divisions/A Grades (of which one 1st class/division/A Grade must be acquired in Bachelor / Master Degree level) with minimum 7 years teaching experience, of which 3 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor. OR
∎ MPhil/Equivalent Degree with minimum two 1st classes/divisions /A Grades with minimum 8 years teaching experience, of which 4 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor. OR
∎ Masters degree with minimum three 1st classes/divisions /A Grades with minimum 10 years teaching experience, of which 4 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor.
∎ Minimum of 5 publications, of which 3 as Assistant Professor. OR
∎ Minimum of 5 publications, of which 3 as Assistant Professor. OR
∎ Minimum of 6 publications, of which 4 as Assistant Professor.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in the overall development of the department
∎ Conducting classes following university rules
∎ Prepare lesson plans and lecture materials, other department related work etc.
∎ Offering student counseling
∎ Selected candidate will have to perform the additional responsibilities of the department if and when ever the authority so desires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal skills, energetic and able to work under pressure
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in stressful situations
