∎ Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a recognized university with a minimum 8 (eight) years of active (may not be post-Ph.D.) experience.
∎ Must have at least 8 (eight) research publications having a total impact factor (by Reuter-Thompson) of equal to or more than 2.0.
