∎ BBA, MBA (major in HRM/Management/Finance/Accounting/marketing) and PhD/ from reputed university, minimum three (3) 1st class/ division, 7 years teaching experience (3 years as assistant professor), 6 publications (4 as associate professor)
∎ or,
∎ BBA, MBA (major in Accounting) and MPhil from reputed university, minimum three (3) 1st class/ division, 8 years teaching experience (4 years as assistant professor), 6 publications (4 as associate professor)
∎ or,
∎ BBA, MBA (major in HRM/Management/Finance/Accounting/marketing) from reputed university, minimum four (4) 1st class/ division, 10 years teaching experience (4 year as asst professor), 6 publications (4 as associate professor)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Teaching experience in any college will be considered as 50 % experience
