∎ The candidate should have Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA or equivalent result in all academic examinations
∎ Diploma in supply chain will be an additional advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving, issuing and record keeping in professional way.
∎ Keeping stock maintained by Re-order level.
∎ Maintaining FIFO, products stake, Temperature, Labor, Hygiene and cleanliness.
∎ Maintaining inventory and keeping records of all received and distributed materials.
∎ Updating ledger & reports.
∎ Prepare stock reports on daily and monthly basis.
∎ Physically inventory check and inform to supervisors.
∎ Stock review and control.
∎ Write-off damage and expired products through approval.
∎ Should be able to entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory / ERP system
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
