∎ The candidate should have Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate)

∎ Required knowledge: Distribution Management, Store Management, Computer Application, Food safety management System, Good warehouse practice
∎ Required skills: Effective negotiation skill Timely product delivery, Report Writing Oral & Written Communication, Time management, Inventory management, Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
∎ Required competencies: Ability to work under pressure and challenging environment, Relationship Building, Work Prioritizing, Team Building and able to work as a team
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor vehicle loading processes to ensure efficient operations.
∎ Manage vehicle load plans to optimize space utilization
∎ Ensure orders or loading vouchers are loaded on time and with 100% accuracy.
∎ Verify that the correct products and quantities are loaded against the loading slip.
∎ Ensure Loading Helpers are present on time to maintain smooth loading operations.
∎ Organize and assign workers efficiently during shifts to meet operational targets and provide necessary guidance for improvement.
∎ Maintain high standards of cleanliness during loading and dispatch operations by company policies and regulatory standards.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
