Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize to Receive/Transfer/Delivery of finished products properly as per Invoice and maintain records
∎ Proper maintenance of finished products as per standard procedure
∎ Ensure loading delivery van according to the loading slip
∎ Ensure proper handling of finished products during loading/unloading/transportation to reduce handling damage
∎ Proper utilization of manpower-worked under Distribution
∎ Manage all loader & delivery man as per shift requirement and ensure proper housekeeping
∎ Communicate with channel regarding operational & market issues & Build strong relation with channels
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Dairy Sector/ FMCG/ Food & Beverage will be given preference
∎ Must have sound knowledge in store management, inventory management and Good warehouse practice
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking and oral & written communication, report writing and book keeping
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have motivational and people management skills
∎ Should have excellent computer operation specially excel and mail correspondence skill
∎ Education and Age may be relaxed for more experience/ suitable candidates
∎ Graduation/Diploma in supply chain/Warehouse management will be given preference
