∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce, understand and review for accuracy, organization-wide operations analysis and reports. Identify concerning trends. Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
∎ Create Review regular organization-wide performance dashboards, identify and understand variances, and participate in corrective action plans.
∎ Works with Finance to ensure accuracy of finance calculations and budget assumptions while ensuring alignment with Sound Physicians goals.
∎ Lead the Performance Management Team through custom and ad hoc analysis and reporting.
∎ Preparation of quarterly performance review reports for sites and function wide.
∎ Work in concert with Sound's leadership team and affiliated partners & other stakeholder to collect, validate, and refine performance data.
∎ Work with leadership teams on business development initiatives including the continued enhancement of existing service lines.
∎ Understand fully the impact of operational changes, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills on behalf of key stakeholders, clients, regional teams, and the Sound leadership team.
∎ Collaborate with our Data Management Team and Regional Operations Managers to collect quality, timely data to measure and drive operational and clinical performance.
∎ Collaborate with other team as the business owner in defining specs for creation of new reports, development through to validation and testing. Includes educating users and supporting use of automated and ad hoc reporting functionality.
∎ Logistics and operational performance and continuous improvement through modeling, analytics and partnering with regional teams to provide optimal integration of business and clinical processes.
∎ Setup, collect and analyze data to measure success of Sound's Big Operational Programs and pilot project.
∎ Manage projects as needed by the HOD of Function
∎ Create comprehensive operational and financial models. This includes, but is not limited to, detailed impact assessments based on changes in market strategies, alternative pricing structures, new processes or Operational service line development.
∎ Be the Lead & One stop solutions of Performance management of given functions
