∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with the PRO Arrange other external business meetings.
∎ Prepare office orders, executive orders, monitor full execution of the office orders.
∎ Identify major incident (s) inside the company, New policy recommendations.
∎ Attend meeting in absence of DMD by DMD's instruction. Arrange emergency meetings.
∎ Frequently visit to all the concern with and without DMD for monitoring of business activities.
∎ Seat with new project team of searching new business opportunity. Monitor proper execution of assignments given by DMD.
∎ Policy suggestions for companies welfare. Collect information from coordinating Officer.
∎ Arrange internal meeting on emergency purpose. Help HR team to recruit new professional employees to strengthen appropriate departments.
∎ Checking mails, provide information to Executive Officer.
∎ Recap and summarize the discussion. This is particularly helpful when people are starting to make the same points again.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Taking notes
∎ Taking Phones.
∎ Scheduling of emergency appointments by DMD.
∎ Provide information to Executive Officer.
∎ Reporting to DMD.
