∎ Job Description / Responsibilities
∎ WeDesign Studio is an eccentric and innovative architectural consultation firm. We're seeking an innovative and self-motivated professional to join us as an Associate Architect.He/She will address our architecture and interior design challenges with outstanding skills.
∎ •Design Collaboration with top architects to create architectural and interior design concepts. Participate in brainstorming meetings.
∎ • Knowledge of contemporary and minimal interior design and architecture.
∎ • Design Development: Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray software to create and revise architectural and interior design drawings and 3D models. Assist with space planning, material selection, and furniture layout.
∎ • Client Communication: Attend client meetings to learn project needs and design preferences. Present design thoughts and proposals to clients, and get feedback.
∎ • Documentation: Create and maintain architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and documentation. Comply with construction codes, regulations, and interior design standards.
∎ • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, track construction progress, and check that the design objective is being followed.
∎ • Code and Regulation Compliance: Keep current with construction codes, zoning laws, and interior design standards. Ensure that designs follow all applicable codes and regulations.
∎ • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other team members to guarantee a consistent project execution.
