∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, product stock, delivery times, transport cost, and efficiency.
∎ Make regular visits to the warehouse to ensure proper storage of the products.
∎ Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
∎ Collaborate with sales team and customer operations team for planning and execution of every delivery.
∎ Ensure security of the showroom and warehouse.
∎ Check product.
∎ Schedule delivery, book transportation, labor planning and ensure the proper delivery of quality products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years+ experience.
∎ Must be a team player and provide leadership.
∎ Excellent customer service skills
∎ Effective listening and strong communication skills for interaction with drivers, clients, and company staff.
∎ Experience using MS Office package.
