Job Context:
∎ Our Design Studio is looking for an experienced, hardworking, dedicated, and honest
∎ architect who has sound knowledge of interior design.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist our senior architect and other members of the Design Team.
∎ Meet with the client for a site visit. Collect pictures, measurements, and all necessary details of the
∎ site required for the project design.
∎ Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
∎ Collaborates with team members to further understand how interior space should function, appear,
∎ and be furnished.
∎ Prepare sketches or other visual aids (Computer-aided design or CAD files) to demonstrate
∎ preliminary designs to clients.
∎ Consult with clients to select materials, furnishings, and décor.
∎ Determine the timelines and project cost and present accurate estimates to the client.
∎ Order or obtain necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
∎ Oversee the installation of materials, furniture, and other design element.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ Prepare Design concept, plan Elevation, detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Must have knowledge of bathroom design
Additional Requirements:
∎ AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Vary or 3dsMax, Vary, Photoshop.
