Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ MBA in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Any certification/course regarding Supply Chain Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issuing PO to exporter after getting approval from the Management.
∎ Following up with exporter for goods ready time, Fixing shipping terms and others. Preparing documents to open LC (Collecting PI from exporter, Finding proper HS Code, Fill up LC form, collecting sign from the Director, taking insurance, submit form to Bank)
∎ Booking vessel for shipment.
∎ Liaison with Bank for LC documents collection and send doc to C&F.
∎ Following up with C&F for goods clearance.
∎ Liaison with Customs people, BTRC people for smooth goods clearance and apply to govt. portal for NOC while applicable.
∎ Forward duty to Accounts after checking for duty payment and inform warehouse team about goods arrival.
∎ Keeping all LC doc and others in file properly.
∎ Submit Bill of Entry to Bank.
∎ For direct shipment, following up with Freight forwarder for goods clearance.
∎ Inform warehouse team to collect goods from Freight forwarders warehouse after clearance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent presentation skill.
∎ Proactive with positive attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
