Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ - Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
∎ - Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
∎ - Process stock requests from outlets and ensure timely product delivery.
∎ - Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement for restocking.
∎ - Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth workflow.
∎ - Ensure all warehouse transactions are recorded in registers and software.
∎ - Conduct stock audits and quality checks to minimize losses.
∎ - Support packaging and labeling processes as per company standards.
∎ - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation of warehouse transactions.
