∎ Lead Trainer should have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and Assistant Trainer should have 3 years of industry experience in relevant field with qualification of graduation/diploma in engineering
∎ CBT&A Certified trainers by NSDA/BTEB are preferred.
∎ Trainers having teaching experience will be given preference
∎ Preference will also be given to trainers with strong academic backgrounds and experience in relevant trades/courses

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions as per the Competency Standards (CS), Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), and Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM).Maintain a balanced ratio of practical and theoretical classes.Utilize audio-visual and multimedia tools in practical labs.
∎ Training Preparation: Develop and prepare training materials including PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans, session plans, demonstration plans, job sheets, and specification sheets.Conduct formative assessments such as class tests and demonstration tests at least three times per batch.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain all training-related documents and registers.Assist in maintaining technology and operation of machines used in training.
∎ Compliance and Adherence: Ensure adherence to all rules and regulations of the SICIP-BACI program.Follow the approved Business Plan (BP) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the training institute.
