Educational Requirements:
∎ Fresh B.Sc. in EEE / Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architect from any reputed university can apply but experience is preferable.
∎ Diploma in Electrical / Power / Mechanical Engineering with at least 03 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform diagnosis on faults associated with both electrical & mechanical system and take corrective actions with the available resources as guided by Shift-incharge.
∎ Interpret plant operating results & trends and recommend corrective measures.
∎ Maintain & operate the power plants in a safe, smooth and effective manner by regular maintenances of Engines and related auxiliary machineries as Boiler, Compressor, HFO, Pumps and Heat Exchangers etc.
∎ Safe 'Start/Stop' of the mechanical and electrical systems of the plant and plant auxiliaries.
∎ Issue work request, cold work-permit and isolate any equipment as required for maintenance and ensure that safety practices are followed at all times.
∎ Manage emergencies in the Plant and take timely action to avoid failures and improve availability and reliability.
∎ Monitor and interpret plant operating data and rendering decisions or to perform as may be necessary to maintain safety, efficiency and availability of the entire power plant.
∎ Ensure proper handling / taking over the duties among the senior operators of the relieving & the next shift.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh B.Sc engineering degree holder can apply and 3 years' experience with diploma holder with progressive work experience in HFO based power plants.
∎ Good technical knowledge and operation work experience on HFO based Engines and related auxiliary equipment.
∎ Leadership quality with supervision capability; ability to guide and train subordinate engineers; managerial role with good job planning and deployment skills.
∎ Technical analysis and reporting ability with good computer literacy
