• BA (Honors) with Master`s in Bangla

• B-Ed training will be an added advantage.

• The candidate should have minimum 1 year working experience in similar position.

• Preference will be given to those candidates who have Teacher`s Training on new curriculum from Ministry of Education.

Reverend Paul`s High School (RPHS) is one of the renowned schools in Khulna City Corporation. Currently, we have more than 1300 students (Play - Tenth Grade) in our school. We are looking for an experienced teacher for Bangla subject. The "Assistant Teacher-Bangla" will be responsible for carrying out all academic activities related to the subject matter and as per the guidelines of the school.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct at least 5 regular classes in a day;

• Take extra class during off-period in the absence of a colleague;

• Prepare daily lesson plans for the assigned classes;

• Prepare lessons (for digital and traditional class) in a proper manner according to daily lesson plans;

• Prepare questions for exams of the related subjects;

• Review exam papers; prepare result and progressive report card;

• Organize stimulating in-class competitions to facilitate the mental development of the child;

• Pay more attention to weak and vulnerable students; if necessary give them extra support after school hours;

• Prepare effective and suitable strategy/approach for drawing attentions of the students;

• Keep track record of the progress of the students and sign student`s diary on a regular basis;

• Report and provide recommendations to authority in case any student fails in the relevant subject;

• Monitor student`s payment and report to authority in case of overdue;

• Take part in various events including day observations;

• Any other tasks as assigned by the higher authority.

After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
