∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government/Private polytechnic institute
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the project of every construction works.
∎ Observing and supervising before finalizing of the project.
∎ Controlling the quantity and quality of works executed at the site as per drawing and design specifications.
∎ Estimation of reinforcements and embedded items for the project.
∎ Inform the project improvement timely to a higher authority and responsible person at the office.
∎ Project planning and prepare a work schedule as per manpower and material.
∎ Estimation of materials and checking materials quality and quantity.
∎ Materials received as per requisition and follow up with the related department.
∎ Submit daily and monthly work program as per the demand of higher authority.
∎ Document control; Keep materials approval record and correspondence etc.
∎ Must be observant and have a keen eye for details and finishing. Less than perfect is not acceptable.
∎ Self-motivated and always looking for work. Opportunities to volunteer.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
