Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ From a reputed Government University in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performs operation and maintenance, including startup and shutdown of main plant components and auxiliaries on a rotating shift basis.
∎ Perform operations in accordance with established SOPs and job safety standards.
∎ Respond to abnormalities and take corrective actions consistent with established operating procedures and good engineering practices.
∎ Analyze plant operating problems and coordinate solutions with the shift team members and maintenance team to increase plant availability, reliability, safety standards, etc.
∎ Maintain the shift logs, equipment operation data, parameter trends, and equipment history records.
∎ Conducts routine Checking of the plant to inspect equipment; provides feedback to other employees.
∎ Complies with all site safety requirements and procedures. Identifies safety hazards and takes corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Maintains accuracy of the shift operating logs, records, time sheets, work orders, and other administrative documents related to the power plant.
∎ Performs plant switching and tagging of equipment in accordance with approved procedures and prudent operations and maintenance practices under the direction of Management when assigned.
∎ Performs electrical and mechanical inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks under the direction of Management when assigned.
∎ Investigates plant problems, incidents, accidents, and unusual events, and provide analyses, recommendations, reports, and appropriate follow-up plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in HFO Based Power PLant
Salary: Negotiable
