Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 years practical experience in Auto CAD 2D and 3D Detailing, Experience in Construction Companies, experience in related field in Group of Companies, MS Office Project, Quality inspection in field level

Job Context:
∎ Should have a clear understanding of civil engineering drawing.
∎ Should have a clear concept on civil engineering estimation, such as Building, Road, Boundary Wall, Drain, Culvert, etc.
∎ Should have the skills to manage contractors and sub-contractors.
∎ Should have Sound knowledge mathematical, scientific, and IT skills
∎ Should have The ability to think methodically and to manage projects
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Should have the ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
∎ Should have the ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
∎ Should have

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completes construction projects by preparing engineering designs and documents and confirming specifications.
∎ Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
∎ Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction sites, and verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
∎ Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants with high experience in Auto CAD 2D and 3D will get high preference.
