∎ · Must be proficient in MS Office suite.
∎ · Strong technical knowledge.
∎ · Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
∎ · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ · Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
∎ · Ability to work under pressure and complete the task timely.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Assign the job to the self-service experts and authorized AC service partners.
∎ · Communicate with customers and collect feedback to ensure better customer satisfaction.
∎ · Collect reports from service experts and service partners, and complete the CRM software accurately.
∎ · Assist the service manager with spare parts transactions with the CSM store and proceed service partner bills as per policy.
∎ · Conduct Install and maintenance functions of AC.
∎ · Diagnose and solve emergency electrical and mechanical faults promptly and efficiently.
∎ · Clean, adjust and repair systems and perform warranty services.
∎ · Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
∎ · Provide technical support for the technicians.
∎ · Monitor corporate clients, site visits & provide requirement accessories as well.
∎ · Execute other official tasks, assigned by the department head.
