Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hotel Management, Resort Management, Social Clubs
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the operations functions of the Club and as per the Executive Committee Organizational chart.
∎ Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments and report to the Club Secretary.
∎ Ensure full compliance to Club operating controls, SOP's, policies, procedures and service standards.
∎ Lead all key property issues including member client's service and refurbishment.
∎ Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
∎ Manage on-going facilities of the Club, ensuring services and member client's satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
∎ Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the Club's Executive Committee management.
∎ Developing improvement actions.
∎ Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
∎ Coordination and execution of all activities and functions.
∎ Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis and report to the Club Secretary.
∎ Manage and develop the Club staffs to ensure career progression and development.
∎ Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all member client complaints.
∎ Provide effective leadership to club staffs.
∎ Lead in all aspects of business planning.
∎ Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations.
∎ Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
∎ Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the Executive Committee of the Club.
∎ Draw up plans and budgets (revenues, costs, etc.) for the Executive Committee.
∎ Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Club Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Defense personnel in the rank of Lt Col/ Cdr/ Wg Cdr and below are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
