Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's and Masters 2nd Class or CGPA 3.00 in Masters and CGPA 3.00 in Hon's in Any Subject on a Reputed University in Country or abroad. But Preference will given to the degree holders in MBA with BBA, Management, English, Public Admin, Statistics, Social Science or Equivalent Subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all construction, development and maintenance works of Bangladesh University.
∎ Supervise Procurement, inventory management, distribution and store management.
∎ Ensure the overt and covert security of the institution through pool of security guards, CCTV system.
∎ Ensure general cleanliness of the institution.
∎ Ensure fire safety of the institution.
∎ Well conversant in supply chain management.
∎ Train, coach and counsel new and existing Security Guards.
∎ Investigate and report to administration all noted incidents, hazards and accidents.
∎ Monitor all arming/disarming of alarms. Record and report all alarm incidents.
∎ Schedule security coverage for all special events in collaboration with administration.
∎ Monitor security budget and maintain records of needs and expenditures made.
∎ Monitor security equipment, cameras, and ensure that units are functioning properly.
∎ Review shift logs and report safety incidents to administration in a timely fashion, depending on severity of incidents.
∎ Review, suggest, and lead training opportunities for security personal, as well as entire community in the case of emergency preparedness or general campus safety.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all assets of the University.
∎ Ensure periodic issuance of reports related to inventory, development work, security and others.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
