Job Context:
∎ Fluent English is must.
∎ You must have intermediate level Computer skill
∎ Candidates have to work 9 hours in between 8 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday.
∎ Candidates are paid monthly based. Everyone has to perform 100% when any official work is given by the office.
∎ Skills Required: Project Management for international campaign such as back office support Telemarketing, CRM management, Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Hard Working, Telemarketing.
∎ Work at Office.
∎ Don`t bother us if you are not Fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as a remote/virtual executive for various overseas companies.
∎ Ensure all members are achieving their KPI
∎ Back office support (administrative, cold calling, customer service, CRM & etc.)
∎ Coordinating with the team members to ensure the success of the project.
∎ Statistical analysis and reporting to the Manager.
∎ Manage rosters to ensure enough number of agents available for the shift
∎ Other Task will be assign accordingly.
∎ 5 days in a week.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Multi-tasker (Able to talk and write at the same time)
∎ Additional : Call Center, Cold Calling, Customer Service, Customer Service and Teamwork. High energy, Team Leadership, Telemarketing
∎ Able to work at night shift, Monday to Friday (starting 8:00 PM till 7:00 AM or onwards) and govt. holidays also.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is paid on each month within 1st week.

∎ Performance bonus on the top of your basic salary.
