Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/CUET/RUET/KUET.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout;
∎ Implementation of Architectural, Structural, Plumbing work perfectly as per Consultant's Drawing;
∎ Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating with all concerns;
∎ Vast knowledge on Fair Faced Concrete Building;
∎ To prepare all types of material estimating or BOQ;
∎ Keep co-ordination with purchase department for material supply;
∎ Quality control, Site Safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to Improvements;
∎ Vast knowledge on finishing works, work sequences and checklists maintaining;
∎ Follow up details work programs & contractor's manpower;
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule;
∎ Ensuring safety during work;
∎ Have immediate decision making power;
∎ Capable to handle a high rise building & basements project;
∎ CAN DO attitude or Positive mentality to other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of hand over at least 10 (ten) storied building from foundation to finishing;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering/Real Estate/RMG/Good knowledge about RCC/Still structure factory construction;
∎ Good command in written and spoken English;
∎ Good navigational and usage skill at MS Word, MS Excel, Auto CAD;
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on labor management;
∎ Has to have the ability to work in team;
∎ Has to have the mentality to work under huge pressure.
