Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young, energetic skilled Assistant Project Manager for our Gulshan Project who will be responsible for overall Exterior and Interior design and Implementation for Modern Multi storied Building.
∎ Creativity, Excellent communication & Presentation skills, a sense of urgency, in depth knowledge and skills are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the schedule while keeping within budget.
∎ Able to assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day to day operations.
∎ Proven working experience in decorating interior & exterior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).
∎ Plan and design land areas for projects for exterior design along with creating designs for all aspects of an interior space. Good Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Undertake design project from concept to completion.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in Auto CAD, 3D max, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related design software.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in Modern Multi storied Exterior & Interior Design & Drawing
∎ Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
∎ Prepare graphic representations or drawings of proposed plans or designs. Prepare site plans, specifications, or cost estimates for land development.
∎ Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
∎ Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should possess good personality and leadership quality.
∎ Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
∎ Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
∎ Communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to provide 2D & 3D presentation.
