Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Civil construction supervision & maintenance.
∎ Ensuring work done at site as per drawing and within schedule time.
∎ Collecting quotation and preparing comparative statement for vendor selection.
∎ Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding rate of the work and materials.
∎ Ensuring the right materials and product as per designs and client choice at site.
∎ Maintains records, prepare reports and receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality.
∎ Checking Lay-out, Sanitary & plumbing, electrical and electro mechanical, fire safety drawing as per site condition.
∎ Managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the management and implementation of the Project, including procurement, project monitoring and evaluation, financial management, progress and financial reporting etc.
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project to Factory Head and Head office.
