Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering/ any Discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comparative statement (CS) preparation for vendor selection
∎ Physical measurement collection from site for audit.
∎ Regularly Checking the quality of work and monitoring work progress in the project.
∎ Receiving the materials as per approved sample.
∎ Market Survey for new materials and Price, Sample Collection,
∎ Prepare estimated work quantity before starting of work.
∎ Checking the Bill after submitting the bill by vendor through physical inspection.
∎ SRV submission for every type of interior works.
∎ Regular report to Project coordinator regarding work progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
∎ Hard working mentality.
∎ Have to be a team player.
∎ Positive mentality to accept any new challenges.

Salary: Negotiable
