∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure work done at project as per design & drawing.
∎ Able to make daily work program & achieve target.
∎ Ensure quality construction work.
∎ Handle the contractor and skilled/semiskilled worker.
∎ Maintain project control chart on a regular basis.
∎ Proper knowledge about estimating.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about finishing works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 33 years
∎ Experience on construction of Apartment/Residential Building with analytical & hands on work. Age 27 to 33 year(s).
∎ Practical experience in Real Estate Sector.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
