Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing, Master of Science (MSc) in Masters in Public Health (MPH)
∎ Skills Required: Academic Rules, Classroom teaching, Computer literacy, Education Research, Event/ Campaign Coordination, Excellent communication skills in English

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Teaching for Nursing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts lectures, laboratory experiments, and other training sessions to educate the students about nursing procedures, ethics, and activities performed in a health care facility.
∎ Delegates projects to students in the class. May be assigned individual topics to each student or to a group of students, as the case may be.
∎ Assistant professor and principal of nursing evaluate the exam papers, projects, and other activities of the students. Compiles the overall results and helps the department in preparation for the final transcript.
∎
∎ Involved in the recruitment process of students for a specific program or various programs. He may also interview the students.
∎ Counsels the students and helps them to choose a specific program that will be suitable for the student's personal preferences and competencies.
∎ Retains students who are planning to discontinue the program for some reason.
∎
∎ Management in planning and accomplishing the objectives for the organization.
∎ Supports the senior staff in ongoing or new research projects.
∎ Research for new modules to be added in the existing programs and in the development of new programs.
∎ Institute's placement cell by providing the number of students who qualify for placement and their grades to the placement staff.
∎ Participates in the various community programs and helps in the organization and execution of various events such as seminars and conventions.
∎ Take care of student Hostel, Academic issue, Student Admission, Parents meeting, and question-answer to the community
∎ Any assigned task from management
