∎ 1st Class/Equivalent in B.Sc. Engineering/Equivalent degree with four (4) years experience and three (3) publications.
∎ Or
∎ 1st Class/Equivalent in B.Sc. Engineering/Equivalent degree with three (3) years of teaching/research experience and two (2) publications.
∎ Or
∎ 1st Class/Equivalent in B.Sc. Engineering and M.Sc. Engineering/ Equivalent degree with two (2) years of teaching/research experience and two (2) publications.
∎ Or
∎ 1st Class/Equivalent in B.Sc. Engineering and M.Sc. Engineering/Equivalent degree and Ph.D./Equivalent degree with two (2) years of teaching/research experience and one (1) publication.
∎ Or
∎ Officer in the rank of Major (Serving or Retired) with Masters in the relevant field having three (3) first classes in academic field.
