Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in EEE with at least two first-class/division/A-grade results throughout their academic career. Additionally, the candidate must have achieved at least one first-class/division/A-grade result in either their Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, along with a minimum of two publications. Furthermore, the candidate should have at least one first-author publication.
∎ The candidate should hold a M.Phil. or an Equivalent Degree in EEE, with at least two First Classes/ Divisions/ A Grade results throughout their academic career, along with a minimum of two publications. Additionally, the candidate should have at least one first-author publication.
∎ • The candidate should hold a Master with four or three years Bachelor Degree holder in EEE, with at least three First Classes/ Divisions/ A Grade throughout the academic career, along with a minimum of three publications. Additionally, the candidate should have at least two first-author publications.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teach courses related to Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the undergraduate level. This includes preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, and evaluating student performance.
∎ To develop course syllabi, course materials, and teaching methodologies that are current, relevant, and effective in promoting student learning for the EEE department.
∎ Conduct research in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
∎ Mentor and advise undergraduate students on academic and career-related matters.
∎ Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and other university-related activities as needed.
∎ Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of EEE.
∎ Collaborate with other faculty members within the EEE department as well as with faculty from other departments to develop interdisciplinary programs and research projects.
∎ Engage with industry and community partners to promote collaborative research projects, internships, and career opportunities for EEE students.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to junior faculty members in the EEE department.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or university administration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum of two years experience is required for a Ph.D. holder candidate.
∎ Minimum of three years experience is required for a M.Phil. holder candidate.
∎ Minimum of three years experience is required for a Master degree holder candidate.
∎ For those with experience at the college or research institute level, half of that experience will be considered. College-level experience will be applicable only for relevant honors and master courses. Additionally, experience gained from a research institute should be properly recognized.
